Zoey the Dog needs a home

Meet Zoey,  she's a mix of Black Lab, Shepherd, and Doberman. Zoey is a very sweet girl and she loves people. She's only been here a few hours and she has already taken to me and quite a few of our volunteers. 



Zoey has a lot of energy and would do well with an active person or family who can provide the exercise she needs. She likes to stand up and give hugs or just have you sit on her bed and pay attention to her. Zoey can play a little rough at times but she's a puppy and responds well to correction. She knows the basic commands as well. 


Zoey has been spayed, she tested negative for heart worm, and she is up to date on her vet care. She is taking a monthly heart worm preventative. Zoey has been microchipped for her safety. She weighed in at 55 pounds on May 15th. Zoey did well with potty training at her previous home.
